Welcome to Skin Avenue Aesthetics. We are dedicated to providing exceptional aesthetic care in a warm, welcoming, and professional environment. Please review the following policies to ensure the best experience for all clients and team members.
Appointments
To ensure your desired date and time, we recommend booking appointments in advance. Our online booking portal reflects the most up-to-date availability. A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Weather Policy
Your safety is our top priority. If severe weather conditions impact our ability to stay open, we will contact you to reschedule at no cost. If you need to cancel due to inclement weather, please notify us as soon as possible. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the $50 cancellation fee will be converted into a credit in your client wallet to be used within 30 days.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Less than 24 hours’ notice or a no-show will result in a $150 fee charged to the card on file.
For group appointments, 72 hours’ notice is required, and a $150 fee per person will be charged for late cancellations or no-shows.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled and will be subject to the $150 fee.
There are no exceptions to these policies.
Pricing & Prepayments
Prices for treatments are subject to change. To lock in a promotional rate, you may prepay for services. Prepaid treatments are valid for 6 months unless otherwise stated. Prepaid services are refundable within 10 days of purchase. Services already rendered are non-refundable.
Memberships & Wallet Credits
Memberships at Skin Avenue Aesthetics offer exclusive pricing and wallet credits.
Membership payments are non-refundable.
Wallet credits are non-transferable and expire if unused within the membership guidelines.
Missed or disputed payments may result in account suspension.
Please refer to your membership agreement for detailed terms.
Returns & Refunds
Unopened skincare products may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.
Opened or used products, gift cards, and model call prepayments are non-refundable.

Payment Disputes
If you dispute a credit card charge, your account will be suspended, and wallet funds will be held until the issue is resolved. If the dispute is not reversed in our favor, the disputed amount plus a $25 fee will be deducted from your wallet balance when available.
Consultations
We offer complimentary consultations to assess your goals and build a personalized treatment plan.
One free consultation every 6 months.
A $150 fee will apply for late arrivals or missed consults.
Referral Program
Refer a friend and receive $25 credit for you and friend once they complete a treatment. (Referral credit not valid if the new client purchases a promotion or may not be combined with other discount offers.)
Children Policy
To ensure a safe and calm environment, children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult if receiving a service. Please arrange childcare prior to your visit, as unattended children are not permitted in treatment areas.
Pet Policy
Only service animals (as defined by ADA guidelines) are allowed in the clinic. Emotional support animals and pets are not permitted. Clients who arrive with non-service animals will be asked to reschedule.
Photography & Filming Policy
Photography or video recording during treatment is prohibited unless prior approval is obtained from Skin Avenue Aesthetics’ management. Unauthorized recording may result in the termination of the session.
Right to Refuse Service
Skin Avenue Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service to clients who are disruptive, aggressive, or have a repeated history of missed appointments or payment disputes.
